Servicing

We provide warranty and after-warranty service for all equipment purchased from us, as well as stationary and mail-order sales of spare parts.

In addition, we provide all our customers with technical support and advice not only before purchase, but also during the use of the purchased equipment.

Warranty and post-warranty requests are made by telephone.

Dozamech ensures delivery of its products to the customer with its own transport at a pre- arranged date. We supply our products to customers in Poland as well as abroad.
